How each the Whole its substance gives, Each in the other works and lives! – Goethe To bring detailed facts to the point through visual communication fascinates me. The devil is in the details, but I like to meet him! I am armed with persistent motivation and a strong stamina, which is maintained by the above-average consumption of chocolate.

The integration of 21-minute exercises can verifiably counteract and prevent pain in everyday working life. In this project, a solution approach for the visual preparation of a movement-oriented app information system is presented on the basis of the 21 minutes, which addresses all occupational groups and their individual pain points through targeted communication.

An adult spends about 2000 weeks at work, often performing the same physical movements. This routine causes physical wear and tear on the body, resulting in painful body parts that can lead to reduced performance, increased absence from work and chronic illnesses. The design of an application, which was conceived in consultation with a physiotherapist, is intended to offer a broad target group an everyday solution based on the 21 minutes of exercise per day recommended by the WHO, which is characterised by an information system relating to the individual pain points. The concept developed here, which does not exclude any occupational group, offers 21-minute exercise units to preventively protect or regain physical health independently.

Many thanks to all those who not only believed in my project idea, but also supported me as a model, critic, lecturer, listener and always cheered me on when I lost courage. I would also like to thank the numerous participants in my survey. A special thanks goes to Vivien Mielenbrink for supporting me with your physiotherapeutic expertise during the conception and shooting of the videos. Furthermore, I would like to explicitly thank Prof. Dipl-Des. Rüdiger Quass von Deyen and Prof. Dr. Phil. Lars C. Grabbe for the always constructive and helpful feedback. Thank you!
